The patients administered may experience endocrine (gland associated) irregularities including menstrual problems, growth suppression in children, increased susceptibility to infection, electrolyte disturbances, muscular abnormalities, osteoporosis (weak bones) and bone fractures, impaired wound healing, sweating, hirsutism (abnormal excessive hair growth), acne, gastrointestinal disorders, neurological symptoms, weight changes, vision changes, and blood disorders.

Precautions
The patients with antibiotic-resistant infections, history of tuberculosis, septicaemia (blood infection), chickenpox, measles, psychiatric disorders, renal (kidney) and hepatic (liver) impairment, cirrhosis (abnormal liver condition), active peptic ulcer (intestinal inflammation), myasthenia gravis (muscular disorder), previous steroid-associated muscular abnormality, osteoporosis (weak bones), epilepsy (condition characterized by seizures), heart disorders and abnormalities, blood disorders, glaucoma (high pressure in eye), and elderly should be cautious. Please withdraw this medicine gradually.
Contraindications
- Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to any of its constituents
- Do not use this medicine if you have a skin infection, such as athlete’s foot, ringworm, Shingles, impetigo, chickenpox, or thrush.
