Both of these medications are same and the only difference that they have is gripe water can be used after the infant is 1 month old whereas infacol is used after 6 months of age.

Infacol can be given before, during, and after feeding your baby.

Does infacol make babies fart and burp?

This medication helps in relieving flatulence (accumulation of gas in alimentary canal), therefore, making it easier for babies to fart and burp.
