Indications
It is indicated for treating various types of cancers such as hairy cell leukaemia, chronic myelogenous leukaemia, multiple myeloma, AIDS related Kaposi’s sarcoma, malignant melanoma non hodgkin lymphoma. Interferon Alfa-2b is also used for treating genital warts and severe viral infections such as chronic hepatitis B and C.
