Directions For Use

-Rinse your toothbrush with water. -Put a pea-sized amount of Colgate GRF toothpaste on your toothbrush. -Brush your teeth gently in a circular motion. -Start from the most posterior part of your mouth and then move forward. -Use a soft back and forth motion, ensuring you reach all parts of your mouth. -Spit out the toothpaste after brushing. -Rinse your mouth with plenty of water. -Brush your teeth for at least two minutes.

Storage

Store colgate toothpaste and brush at room temperature. Protect it from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keep this product away from the sight and reach of children and pets.
