Be cautious while using this if you have diarrhea.
Contraindications
This medicine is contraindicated to use in patients with myasthenia gravis (a chronic autoimmune neuromuscular disease that causes weakness in the skeletal muscles, which are responsible for breathing and moving parts of the body, including the arms and legs), paralytic ileus (Obstruction of the intestine due to paralysis of the intestinal muscles), pyloric stenosis (a problem that affects babies between birth and 6 months of age and causes forceful vomiting that can lead to dehydration), toxic megacolon and prostate enlargement.
