Direction For Use
-Rinse your toothbrush with water.
-Put a pea-sized amount of Colgate GRF toothpaste on your toothbrush.
-Brush your teeth gently in a circular motion.
-Start from the most posterior part of your mouth and then move forward.
-Use a soft back and forth motion, ensuring you reach all parts of your mouth.
-Spit out the toothpaste after brushing.
-Rinse your mouth with plenty of water.
-Brush your teeth for at least two minutes.
